My mission in life is to lift the veil of mediocrity under which so many of us live, to pave the way for us all to expect and embrace excellence in ourselves and in our lives and to inspire and empower people to live as the fullest expression of who they are.
After experiencing a period of high stress and subsequent burnout whilst working as an IT and Finance consultant, I decided to find out what I really wanted from life and how to take better care of my mind and my body.
Using my already keen interest in personal development and wellbeing as inspiration, I retrained as a life coach in a bid to help others avoid the same pitfalls of working too many hours, becoming too stressed and not taking good enough care of their physical and mental health.
With businesses taking an ever increasing interest in the wellbeing of their employees, I now use my unique combination of skills and personal experience to deliver workshops to corporate teams and to mentor and coach high achievers who are in need of guidance and support.
My work enables people to get in touch with who they really are and what they really want in life, as well as teaching them how to ensure they take exquisite care of their physical and mental health.
